The two men were very hard workers and did a great job taking care of moving someone’s property. Good employees make a great company.

The guys were quick and went thru the house like a whirlwind. They were pretty late however and it was noted they arrived on time. They covered one mattress but not the bedspring and it was left with dirty handprints, as well as the padded dining chairs. Maybe gloves should be used or wrap those delicate items you really don't want to get dirty. That being said they were friendly and funny and took the time to move the furniture around a couple times, when we couldn't make up our minds. All in all a good experience for us.

My move was very good, until the movers broke my furniture.
So now I want to work out some refund from the company to cover the damage of my furniture.

Our movers were great! Wes and Willie.
Due to a lot of activity in our andamp;acirc;€œmoving fromandamp;acirc;€ building, the elevators usage was at a premium. But Wes and Willie were very patient. They remained professional and friendly throughout the entire move. Thanks guys!

Starting with my call to arrange my move, the office person fully explained the process and rates. She was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. The two movers were pleasant and worked quickly and carefully in loading all my furniture on the truck. They placed all my furniture exactly where I wanted it at my new home. They definitely exceeded my expectations and made moving day an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was great. They guys were fast and friendly. They did nick the wall going up the stairs said they would come back and fix. Still have not. Called the company spoke to someone but they have not followed up. I would definitely use two men and a truck again they were fantastic even with the one little Nick on the wall.

It saddens me to write this review after I have recommended this company to various airline employees and business owners in the past 3 years.
On 3-14-18 about 10:20am I call to scheduled my move within 15 minutes I received a emergency call from my family in Chicago requesting that I come home, I hung up the phone and I call your company back to cancel the move until I returned. I explained the emergency call to your employee and she in turn told me I was within my 48 hours so no problem. She emailed me the cancellation.
Shortly after the email I received another email stating I would be charged for 2 hours because I was not in the cancellation time frame. I then called and ask for the supervisor or manager. A lady by the name of Leslie who had no compassion regarding my family emergency

Used In Tampa and Winter Garden and thought same service. Boy was I ever wrong! Sent two men to load and unload two trucks. Took two full days. Found delicate objects under heavy ones. Then wanted more money for overtime! I tipped $800 for two days work and Iandacirc;??m still using wire nose pliers to get broken light bulbs out of lamp sockets. I donandacirc;??t blame men who showed up. I blame company for understaffing the job. Very unpleasant experience.
