Movers damaged $320 lamp was offered $60, details of their insurance was at the bottom of the estimate email I missed reading I had no idea their insurance was so one sided and significantly to their advantage, learned a lesson here, they are very misleading company.
They also do not fulfill their commitments as to arrival times, I was fraudenly overcharged one and a half hours due to them arriving two hours early at loading site, 10am instead of 12:00, had no consideration for the access times at the designation, despite being reminded of the time issues, nurmerous times and never mentioned they could not meet them. Movers kept saying don't worry they will let us in?
They were wrong, they arrived at designation Early, and sat in their truck, for 1.5 hours, only took 30 min to unload.

I have mixed feelings. We got moved in a tight schedule, so I'm thankful for your company's reliability; not common in SF. On the other hand, we paid the rate for 3 men but got 1.5 men. One of the kids mostly paced around doing nothing, the other one was as slow as he could be. The guy in charge (W) was amazing, but there's only so much he could do while carrying around dead weight. Please give that guy a raise. I think they were exhausted; they were sent to do a job estimated to take ~7 hours at 4pm. They could finish around 9 only because my wife and I helped with packing. Our floor was scratched and one of our lamps damaged. Nothing to make a fuss about, common thing with moves. I'd recommend for reliability, but with reservations for idle movers and overpricing (3 men rate = 1.5 men).

Nice guys. Very professional. Unfortunately one box was carried up the stairs with the open end facing the wrong direction. Needless to say a portion of the contents fell to the ground. Didn’t notice until completely unpacking the box that an iwatch had been smashed in the crash. :-/

This was the fourth time I used your services. The first 3 moves were fantastic. Unfortunately, this last move which took place on June 28, 2019 was unacceptable. I was quoted moving time of approximately 4-1/2 hours. It took the team 8 plus hours to complete my move. Furniture was half wrapped, some not wrapped at all, a chair was broken. They ran out of supplies, came with only 1 hand truck, 2 dollies and one of the dollies was broken. I believe 2 of the 3 men were new and need a lot more training. The way the handled my possessions showed no regard for my personal belongings. The back of my chair was broken. I spoke with Jeremiah about this on moving day. I have since left 3 messages and visited the Davie location. I was supposed to hear something today and no-one has called.

My movers were wonderful, professional and friendly. The only reason I didn’t indicate an excellent experience is because I called after the move and told a gentleman that my tv had been damaged in the move. (I figured out later that it was not actually damaged, it was an issue with the cord.) He told me that a manager would call me back the next day, and I never received a call.

While all of the men were very friendly, I am so disappointed in the care of our furniture. Now that we are starting to settle in, I saw that 2 of our furniture pieces (end table and bureau) have deep gouging in the legs. I can’t even fix this since wood is gouged out. Who knows what else I’ll find. Also, when you sent your rep out to estimate, he said he would b using the very best men. On the day of our move, I was told one of the guys was new (how could he b the best!!!). He started to leave our home with white fabric chair not even wrapped! Had to stop him before he got it all dirty. Very disappointing.... btw, we treated them very well and Michael was great.

Refrigerator arrived with damage in two areas. When front door rehung, it would not lock properly; had to have door company come repair. Jeremiah at Operations kept telling me to tell the movers to hurry and was generally argumentative, confrontational and rude.

Good attitudes, but did scratch the ceiling, walls and floor.
