We had a 2 day job. The guy who was there both days was very positive and friendly. He returned the second day with another man who was also great character. They worked so hard and it was a big job. The other man who was there the first day wasn't as friendly and did a poor job packing my kitchen and bathrooms in and orderly manner. Both men could have labeled boxes more clearly. It took us 2 days to find our computer. Several items were packed carelessly. Packing day there weren't enough boxes and we were left with several things to move on our own after the move. After all items were packed- (the second day of move) the loading and unloading was done very well.

Outstanding moving team. They were efficient, courteous and timely.

The gentlemen that were my movers were exceptional (Deshaun and Tyler). They were very respectful and courteous, and were willing to help with anything I needed. They also were very personable with conversation when appropriate. The office staff was equally helpful when I called. I will definitely use again, and refer anyone I know.

Showed Up on time. So great start. However. Two of the men were new and didn’t know what they were doing and the other gentleman was not in good shape. I explained very clearly on the ohone that
I have big heavy pieces of furniture and a very large Bed and mattress. The mattress needed a box All that they had was a plastic Bag that didn’t fit the mattress and they tried putting two on. This mattress bag is thin and slippery my mattress was damage Due to not

You can't ask for more, sweltering heat and rain, no complaints from these guys, only a can do attitude. Fast, efficient, careful, courteous, and friendly all rolled into one. I don't endorse easily and have been described as a harsh critic....these guys impressed and I endorse them.

David and Stephon took good care of our property and were quick and Efficient. They were friendly and polite.

My first encounter w/TM&T started off a bit rough, as I sent an email request for more info and estimate. After hearing nothing for 2 days, I called instead (on a Sunday) and spoke to Katie in the call center around 10am. She said computers were down and she would get back to me by days end. She left a msg at around 5:15 telling me she had my estimate. I called back at 5:35 and they were closed. I called early Monday morning, and was connected with Kaylie (who was fantastic!), but she said "NO INFO" was under my name!?!? She again originated my estimate and had it within 2 hours. The Movers were fantastic!! D and Tyreek were on time, professional and extremely careful with my property AND my new home! They are assets to the company. My only suggestion would be shoe covers for the move.
