Overall it's was ok but the two guys that came were 20/22 years old kids with very little experience. They care about the job and had positive attitudes but were missing experience/training. They were not organized ( going form one room to another instead of finishing one area after another) and they needed 3 hours more than the estimate I received at first (lot more money than it was planned).
On top of that they came with a truck that wasn't working properly, so they had to fix the engine in front of my property (look super cheap to do that were I live) and they had to bring another replacement truck. It was a mess
So at the end of the day I had to finish the job with the 2 guys to finish on time. I had to carry stuff with them for 2 hours if not It would have take an extra hour for them

My moving team was great, very efficient and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone! Had no trouble finding either location.
Office staff may need to update their system on address locations more often, as the day before confirmation call they kept saying wrong move to address, even after I corrected them several times.

I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours. After almost 5 hours, I said enough. Please put the furniture in the bedrooms and we will put it together ourselves.
We were moving two sets of bedroom furniture from one condo to the other. The condos are right across the street from each other and we were just swapping bedroom furniture between condos. The furniture consisted of a bed, two night stands and a dresser, with mirrors, in each bedroom. Very simple. This was a VERY slow process. To make matters worse, the furniture was wrapped up to prevent damage, which is fine, but then they started moving the same furniture back to the original bedrooms because they could not tell what was what. Terrible experience.

The guys were excellent. I only have one issue. The covers used to cover my furniture has left a residue which will require us to clean everything.

Our movers, D and Ron, were a couple of the hardest working men I have ever met. They were highly professional and efficient and took great care to package and protect our furnishings. It was a very hot day and they never stopped working until the move was complete. Still, they took the time to clarify our requests and explain what they were doing. I was surprised and pleased that the final bill was significantly below the estimate. Can we request this team for our next move?
