The movers were excellent they were running a little late and and contacted us to let us know that and so we were prepared when they did come we were able to move smoothly and the workers were excellent they’ve treated everything great they were very polite and moved quickly and did take special care of all of our items and truly recommend of them they are excellent workers all of them I also worked excellent as a team

For the most part the move went well. There were several problems. The major problem is that they did not reasemble my bedroom set properly. I would like someone from your company to contact me regarding this issue.

The team went above and beyond. Very courteous and hard-working! Diminished my stress of moving. It was a pleasure!

I explained very clearly to the man sent out to do our quote that we were moving to the 3rd floor and the move would entail a combination of elevatte and stairs. I asked him if he wanted to see our new house. He declined. The crew sent were very capable, courteous and professional. However, they were not toid what they were expected to do at the new home. They were quite surprised but did the job as well as men twice their sizes. We will be doing the second half of our move the 19th. We will expect your company to provide as capable men but men who are larger and more able to move large furniture up stairs. Also, your quoting formulas are terrible. Thankfully I realized that and budgeted our moving dollars to take that into consideration.

Scheduling move was simple and accurate regarding time, cost etc. and called to confirm everything a day before. Crew arrived on time and began working immediately and did not stop untill they had offloaded on the other end! The guys were very friendly, professional and very hard working. Also did a great job wrapping furniture and displayed genuine care for my belongings. All at a very competitive price. Thank you.

I have used the company a few times before and been only mildly satisfied. This time, however, the crew was superior in every way — more courteous, more careful, and more helpful. I suspect it’s the new ownership but I’m delighted with the change, whatever the cause.
