The guys that moved us were very good. Fast, and efficient. I called prior to and spoke with Shane, who I thought had things figured out from a logistics standpoint. I called the DAY BEFORE, and spoke with Autumn, who screwed the entire thing up, after assuring me she was putting in notes for the team. She DID NOT WRITE ONE THING DOWN FOR THEM. No notes at all.
