I was disappointed in the lack of communication with office staff. My move was scheduled well in advanced and had a window of 1 to 3pm on a Saturday. I called 4 times and had to leave a message as no one was available to talk to on the weekend. Finally someone called me back well after the window and Two-Men cancel my move. They rescheduled for the following Monday which caused big problems for me

All of our interactions with your company were great. Your office staff was very helpful, especially as we had to make a change to our pickup list. The pricing was explained very thoroughly and there were no surprises in the final bill. Your move team for us was Joshua and Cody. Those two were simply awesome!
