I've moved around the world many times in 42 years w/ the AF and this is the worst move ever experienced! Nothing documented (what's missing?), unprepared crew, 1 - courteous & respectful, the other - rude & disrespectful of me and belongings; told tape around mahogany furniture "is not a problem" and not wrapping furniture and expensive paintings, while dragging them "won't damage it"!

Deborah, we appreciate the feedback. We apologize for the issues with some of your items. When the move was booked, we were told the items would be packed and ready for moving. Unfortunately, because you were sick, that did not happen. The crew doesn't bring packing supplies if the office is told they are not needed. Once the team realized they were, the had items sent from the office to accommodate, accordingly. We do have a system in place for items needing repair. And, as soon as we receive payment for the move per your conversation with our office, we will begin the process of making you whole again. We do appreciate your business and look forward to helping you resolve this matter.

Very a Happy with Two Men and a Truck. Very professional and very friendly. Arrived on time and excellent service. It was a few days after my Mom passed away and the 2 Men showed their symphony and were very sweet.

The team, who helped us move furniture and boxes into a storage unit were great. Stephen and his co worker were very polite, careful with our home and belongs, and very fast workers. This our 4th time using Two Men and a Truck for a move and it will not be the last. I have nothing but praise for the people who work for this company.

Jesse, Ethan and Tanner showed up with a positive attitude ready to tackle the day. As a Non-Profit we were moving in a gentleman whose house was newly rebuilt after being destroyed in Hurricane Michael. The guys were excited to be part of the process. They were so efficient, fast and careful with everything they touched. Always asked how they could help with anything else and went above & beyond.

All was superb. From the office manager, Riley, to the premove survey,DJ, to the movers Trey and Matt, I could not be more please. All went the extra mile to ensure I was a satisfied and happy customer. Great job by all.
