My movers were great and the process was great, until they got here and realized they didn’t have a big enough truck or the right tools for my furn andhad to make two trips, and then I got a call after the all day moving day was over, and I was told the movers “calculated wrong” and they were gonna charge me more than my already overestimated price was. Everything was other than the unpreparedness

Devon, thank you for your business, review, and feedback. During the booking process, you'd mentioned one of the bedroom sets of furniture would not be going and would be sold, but during the confirmation call you stated that you did not end up selling it. At that time, you were informed that it could change the time frame of your original estimate. You were quoted an estimated 6 hours and the move took 8.5, which accounts for the additional time needed to wrap, pad, and move the items that you were unable to sell. We apologize for the team completing the paperwork incorrectly. We are continually training our team and will be sure to address the need for diligent care on proper paperwork completion. John and Mateo were wonderful! Since the office was near my apartment they were even ready to come earlier if I wanted. They worked quickly and diligently while being careful with my belongings as I did have some tricky antiques. I was really impressed with their work! Hopefully I won’t have to move again for a while, but If I do I know who I’ll call!

My move was exceptional . Jason and Ariel were very professional and helpful each step of the process.
They were able to navigate two sets of difficult stairs amazingly.

Overall great service. But they took way too long. I only had a 1 bedroom and they took 5 hours!

It looks like we gave you a 4 hour estimate and we should've done about 3-5 hours, based on your inventory. We're always training and working to improve our team. My moving team arrived at the beginning of the time window, and worked hard the entire time. They were polite, experienced, and very careful with my things. Any question I had was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. It was a top-notch experience!

The service was very satisfactory and the communications was most acceptable. Was most happy with their ability to handle last minute problem of picking up additional items at a local store . I would suggest the company provide at limited cost offset by the appearance and advertising impact UNIFORMS to each moving team. I do await service on the small damage associated with our move.

Very pleased from start to finish.
Everyone went out of their way to do the best job possible. Very courteous and very efficient.
I will definitely recommend Fort Walton Beach Two Men and a Truck to anyone that's moving
I had a small move and they accommodated me with a two-hour window instead of 3 which hugely helped my budget.
