i would give this company an excellent rating BUT they did damage the front door and one of the pieces of furniture; my complaint is that it is going on 2 weeks and they still have not sent someone to fix the damage; they agree that the damage was caused by them and it is really not a difficult repair but they don't seem to be able to find someone to repair the damage which is amazing to me considering the type of work they perform; I would think they would have someone already contracted with to fix damages; I would use them again because the moving team did a good job but they need to improve on repairs caused during the move.

The load up was good except the moving team had no tools(screw driver pliers, etc.) to disconnect dryer. I had to ride my bicycle to borrow tools. When the furniture came off the truck I found it was the worst damage ever. We have moved many times and with Two men and a truck, but this move was terrible. Beside damage to furniture, mirror, etc. the furniture was not placed as I asked requiring that they had to come back to each piece and move to the wall. Invariably, they set pieces 4-5 inches from wall. The "holdup" on unavailable tools and the placement problem... I should get a refund on time as well as reimbursement on damages. Sorry, but you asked me to fill out this survey.

I have used your company several times in the past and have always been pleased. I needed to have a 280 lb treadmill moved to a different location in my home. I was thrilled to discover that you offer this service. Not everyone has people in their lives that are able to do this. I am 61. Thanks again

All except one, the movers were courteous. One mover continually addressed me by my first name. The movers packed the items from my approx. 9,500 sq. ft. home and moved them to my new 6,300 sq.ft. home. As I unpacked, I was missing several items. One of a pair of expensive shoes was left in the MB closet. The movers left the Christmas tree (after repeatedly being told that it was to be packed). An entire area of my home was not not packed. Several boxes were not labeled; others were placed in the wrong room. One move told me they could not move dish-washing soap, cleaning items, laundry detergent, etc. Cores from packaging tape and wrapping paper was left on the floor of every room in my home. Consequently, this required a 1.5 days of me packing and picking up debris.

My movers were on time and very respectful. Only issue I had was a few pieces of furniture that were marred/scratched during the move. Would have been nice to have them do a walk through for any damage.

Amber needs to ask more questions ie: clothes, bathroom, kitchen. Had a downpour delivering to
Truck was not secured box of clothes got wet.

Horrible experience, attitudes were terrible, furniture was damage, they were incredibly slow and charged me extra for now reason. A manager is working with me to rectify this but no solution as of yet. I would never use again and recommend against anyone using again!

I was surprised that timing for the job started from your office and not when the team arrived at my house, what if there was heavy traffic? Also a company like yours should make provision for accepting credit cards. I think one of the men took my Google cast cable, that was not nice.

Moving team could not have been better. Two pieces had some damage which was fixed promptly and very skillfully. Moving team had a can do attitude. Your movers worked fast and took few breaks.

Had a problem with mattresses getting dirty and pine needles imbedded in the sides. Also king mattress pad fell to one side. They should have been wrapped to prevent both problems.
