Meet the Clearwater team

AJ has been working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since 2007 and has been fortunate to be a part of a team that has won 3 Achievement In Excellence awards. He enjoy working for a company that strives to be the best part of our customers move. Our customers encounter difficult closings, bad home inspections, and a long list of other stressful events that coincide with moving. Customers usually anticipate their move being stressful, but are amazed when they are greeted by our friendly and confident movers. Outside of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, AJ enjoys drinking coffee at all hours of the day and fishing with his son on the weekends. Words of wisdom he lives by are "A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor".

Ben joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in March 2014. This was the year that the team received the Achievement in Excellence award. To Ben, the best part of working here is the people. Everyone throughout the entire company has been extremely kind and helpful. It is very comforting to know that there is a solid network of genuine people throughout the franchise. Outside of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, it is very simply put, he likes to do MAN STUFF, fishing, bow-fishing, eating breakfast foods, lifting weights, playing basketball, and building furniture. Many know him for his glorious beard growing ability. Ben graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida.

Creator of the “Pinellas Flex,” TJ has been a major contributor to the success of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Pinellas County. During his tenure TJ has exemplified all of the qualities that make up an ideal employee. Starting as a mover TJ made a strong impression early on which helped him ascend through the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® ranks. Mr. Payton has a high level of enthusiasm and he is constantly striving to learn and improve. His attributes are infectious. He leads by example and draws the best out of his peers and employees. We are proud to have him as our Operations Manager in Pinellas County!

Joe has been working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since 2012. Our high standards of satisfaction is his favorite part of working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Joe took in-home estimate sales training in Chicago. When he isn't working he enjoys playing disc golf, fishing, and bike riding. Words of wisdom he offers is "you can't build a reputation on what you're going to do".

A few interesting tidbits about myself are I've been living in the Tampa Bay area my entire life, and living the Florida lifestyle has definitely had a positive effect on my outlook on life. I believe in arriving early, leaving late, and always putting your best foot forward. I'm studying to get my Bachelor's of Science in finance, as well as an eventual Master's in Business Administration for finance as well. My hobbies include music, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, as well as cooking.
