Hi:
There was a problem with a truck, so they were a couple hours late. This could have been told to me with a call or text, but I had to take the lead to see what was going on.
When they got there, they could have taken more care with the headboard and wrapping of certain large items. Also, the boxes marked FRAGILE were not handled with care. I have had a better experience in the past.

My movers damaged a piece of furniture, a bedroom door, and broke 2 porch brick pavers. I have been in contact with Carlo about repairs but have nothing definitively lined up 5 days after the move and have gotten no communication from him in the past 24 hours.

We had a great experience with this move. They called ahead and showed up on time in a tight window (due to the pick up location being in a high rise and requiring reservation of the service elevator). They were polite, professional and quick. Derek, Nathan and Corey were the team. I highly recommend them.

Tyler and Kevin were absolutely fantastic! (Jay wasn't there very long because of an injury.) The guys carefully wrapped my furniture and belongings, and worked continuously. I was very impressed with their work ethic as well as their professionalism. When I'm ready to move everything from the storage facility to my new home, I will definitely be calling again. I highly recommend this company.

they were three good guys.....very polite and helpful ...and did a good job moving it from one home to another......can't remember their names but i am sure you can find out what they were .....if i ever had to move again and hoping not too. i wold like them again....
