I received conflicting information regarding when I could come and access the items in the storage unit. The delivery guys were nice but they damaged our community gate; no one has contacted me to talk about it. I called the office to understand the charge, left a message, and no one has called me back. Not really satisfied with this experience. Especially for the cost.

The team you sent for our move was AMAZING! We had a couple difficult items and they treated them with such care. I truly don’t know how they were able to get them in a tight spot without a scratch! I wasn’t worried about our furniture at all during the entire process. They were quick, efficient, and super careful with our things. Everything was wrapped and tied down. 5/5 stars!

My recent move included Brandon, John, & Tim who were fantastic!!! High praise to these men who asked questions if they weren’t sure about moving something, which I truly appreciate instead of just assuming. They got me loaded in the truck and onto my next move in great timing! My 2nd time hiring this company and I’ll definitely hire you again. :D

This company and the two young men that moved me were such kind caring of my furniture and boxes, they are absolutely such a pleasure hiring them

Ray and LaVaughn called to let me know their arrival time. They got here on time. Took 2 hours to load a lot of furniture. They were very careful and knew what they were doing. They were either trained well or just had good common sense. I was a joy having them at our home. They are great young men!! I highly recommend them!!!

The moving team was very nice and efficient. Joe in the office was very good and flexible around my crazy schedule. Thank you.

Just wanted to tell um you what a pleasure it was having Dylon, Von and Brandon move us. We really appreciated all of their effort in the move. It wasn’t an easy one. They never complained. Pleasant conversation. Kept me posted through the process. Please make sure they understand how appreciative we are with all they did.

Your team went above and beyond. 3rd floor to 3rd floor move without elevator in extreme heat and they acted like it was no big deal. Your team deserves a raise and vacation.
