This was a complex move- I needed my house to be emptied by a certain date and could not move into my new place for three days. The office did a great job in explaining my options and the team that moved me took great care of my things and helped to make a very stressful event go very smoothly. I am so appreciative!

The guys were great but they came with no tools to take apart the mirrors from the dressers and the bed frames from the head boards. Very frustrating when that is how I scheduled the appointment I would have done it myself before I packed my tools!!!!

The customer service was great! Everyone was responsive and informative and very easy to work with. Overall the team was great to work with. A few downsides, i was under quoted by 4 hours so i paid a lot more than initially thought. A hole was put in my wall because of carelessness when the two guys should have been working together. A leg was broken off my desk and a leg was broken off my jewelry armoire. I understand some things are going to happen in a move but a little more attention could have been given.

Everything was good until I returned to my old residence when I noticed some things were missing. I found 4 bags/boxes and trash cans that were left behind. I also found lights and fans that were not turned off. In the shared storage closet, the items (carpets) that were to stay in the storage unit that did not belong to me were left on the floor of the entrance to the shared storage room instead of in the designated caged area for the unit. I had to move the remainder of the left items and misplaced items in the storage room myself after the move. Due to this, I will likely not use your service in the future. This was disappointing because the movers were polite and worked in a steady fashion.

From my conversation with the office staff to the two men that moved my belonging.....I can't say enough good about my move. The guys showed up on time, were professional and quick to load and unload everything ! Very enjoyable experience and will use Two Men and a Truck for future moves.

Promised pickup was between 1:00 and 4:00. I hadn't received any phone call updates until I started calling at 3:00. I was told there was a crew in Pinellas Park and I would be next. At 4:00 I called again and was told the crew was in Tarpon Springs and was still unloading, it would be another hour there and then my stop - most likely around 7PM.
After several calls back and forth, a crew picked up my furniture around 6:30 and delivered to my new location by 7:00. I was told by the person on the phone that the crew wouldn't have any paperwork, but they the office would call or email me on Friday with the bill. I have yet to receive a bill or an apology for the 3 hour late service. For my inconvenience, a discount should be applied to my bill.
