At first I liked them but the way they started to pack worried me. The man who was in charge was the one that worried me the most. After they left I started to look in some of the boxes that were still opened and found items that were tossed in with out paper wrap they were heavy metal and would have broken or broke something else in the box. I found Christmas items broken as well as ones that fell out of the box and were just left as is without a box. Just plain haste. These things don't mean any thing to the movers but they are things that mean a lot to me. Now they are suppose to move my whole house this week and I am very worried what is to come. Joe from the office was to call back no call back. John who said he would call back in a hour no call back. There is more but no letters left

We had damage and you are insisting on receipts for everything damaged including heirloom s and furniture I have had for many years. Of course we don't have them so that's how you get out of paying for damage. Won't use two men and a truck again!

I hired 2 trucks with 4 men. The overall experience was good. 3 of the men had an excellent positive attitude and never complained. However the team lead's behavior and attitude was unacceptable. He threw my boxes when unloading the truck. He did not express positive customer service when I brought to his attention that my sister's vehicle sun protection film was damaged as a result of how he placed a toaster oven within the vehicle. He in turn shifted responsibility and put it on her . She is leasing the vehicle and is responsible for any damages incurred. He did not give me his name for fear that I would report him to the company. Not good for someone that was placed in charge. The other 3 men were absolutely wonderful and I can't praise them enough!!!

Larry and his team were excellent. They were very careful and courteous. A few minor knicks on paint entering bedroom, but all in all they did a great job!

Office was great getting us scheduled on such notice. The guys that came were very nice but did not take good care of our furniture. One dresser was dropped and ruined. Bottom drawer from come off and two drawers can not open. We did get some money off the move for that. TV's did not get wrapped and when we finally got one turned on there is now a green strip about 1/2 inch wide at the top. One of the other dresses now has a gash on the bottom which we did not see until they left.
We have used Two men and a Truck many times in Minnesota and have been very happy wth them. Not sure if I would use them again because of this time.

I was satisfied for the most part. The driver did not know his helper and had to ask him his name upon arrival. The second man moved a couple of large wooden antique pieces and bang them into walls at the house pickup and moving them in my home. One piece is an antique chest of drawers and an inherited piece. I told the gentleman where to place it and he did. However, after the movers left, I was admiring my furniture when I noticed that a figurine had been knocked on the floor, shattering the base and breaking the head off of the figurine. The mover left shards of the base on the floor and perched the head of the figurine on the body. This piece was handed down to me by my late husband’s now deceased aunt. It had great sentimental value. It was a Greek figurine and I’m very sad to lose it
