The pick up was great. The guys did a great job which is why i asked for them for move in 5 weeks later. I scheduled an 11 am and received a conf for 11 to 2pm. We closed on our house at 10 so the timing was perfect. When calling the office to confirm day of everyone was confused quoting our old address and time. When i got frustrated all i got was attitude from john the manager arguing with me about the time of my closing and that it takes 2 to 3 hours to close. Really it took me 30 min because i had everything lined up. John needs to stick to moving. The guys showed up around 4 or 5 well outside the confirmation. They told me john scheduled them to come in at 10. Really to load truck from your storage in clearwater. John did me a favor by adding a 3rd guy at no charge. By the way it took those guys 30 minutes longer than the two who loaded the truck from my house. Not the same guys as requested. Also those guys could not fit a gas fireplace on the truck so john will bring it the next day. Lol no john. I had to call two days later wondering where the fire place was. John finally dropped it off 3 days later. The guy who called to see how my delivery went did not seem interested in my issues. Got me off the phone quick and offered nothing. Im being nice by not posting a review. I might change my mind. Terrible costumer service. By the way a lot of our furnature is still wrapped in plastic with your pads. We left about 10 on the porch for john when he dropped the fire place. Guys told us you have plenty in the warehouse and to keep them. Nice controls and checks and balances. Never again.

My Moving team was AWESOME!! They carefully wrapped my expensive leather couch. Were very friendly, courteous and respectful of the common areas of my Condo. When I gave them a compliment they said that moving is very stressful and movers should not add to your stress!! They were hardworking and happy!!!!

I’m disappointed in the way they left my china cabinet tilting into the room, scratching new hard wood floors when they pushed the cabinet to the wall, probably breaking off the bottom levelers. Loveseat not put together right, and they overcharged me over an hour, which is the only thing they corrected.

The time for my move and the estimate were 4.5 hours over however a mutual settlement was agreed upon that was acceptable to both parties.

My sideboard got damaged during the move and Two Men and a Truck personnel are to email me a claim form. I have not received it as yet but I am sure it will be sent to me. If I don't receive it I will call by 10/7/19. The gentleman I spoke to about this was very professional.

The only reason I rated the overall as Good vs. Excellent was do to the fact that my move time estimate was between 3-5 hours. The move took 9.5 hours. As I said earlier however a mutual fair agreement of price was worked out to the satisfaction of both parties.

Need to have broken table and glass ASAP. Need to have repairs to wall ASAP. Movers got into a disagreement with property manager. Please call as soon as possible when table and wall will be repaired.

The movers arrived early when I was still asleep. They made it clear that they were not going to move certain things even if they were packaged. They also broke a piece of furniture and said "it was like that". In addition, they asked me to initial saying that they finished moving to "expedite" the process and then without telling me, took off to my new home 2 hours away. They left so many things behind including a microwave and a ladder that I could not fit in my car. They were task-oriented, not customer oriented. I ended up showing up to my place an hour later after they reached my apartment. They placed things in places without myself being present. Overall, terrible experience.
