One of the main items I needed moved was a leather king size platform bed , once we arrived at the new home the movers didn't wrap the leather to protect it. they also tried to get it up the stairs and said it couldn't be done...in the process marked up the walls of new home. I told them if they took the legs off the frame it would fit....they didn't seem to want to do that. So they left it in my garage to deal with. The next day with the help of a (69 year old) friend we removed the legs of the frame (12 screws) and the frame went up the stairs with no problem it didn't even touch a wall. I believe I am due a partial refund !

Third time I've used Two Men and a Truck. Every experience has been superb. Lining up the move was easy and my two movers, Kevin and Damien, were on top of it. We finished per schedule and it all worked out great.

I used the Oldsmar location in both Sept and Dec. My first experience with the ffice was unacceptable. I was called at 8am and told my crew would be arriving within 30 mins. At 11 am, I still did not have a crew or truck. I made multiple calls to the office and I was told "look lady, you have 2 options, you can either wait for them OR cancel your move". I was horrified! My crew arrived at 11:15 am and they worked very efficiently. My furniture was stored at the Oldsmar location. I called a few weeks in advance to schedule them for my new address in Dec. I again received a call at 8 am on Dec 7 to inform me that my crew loading the truck. At 10 am, I received a second call and asked "what type of furniture do you have, can you describe it. We are having difficulty locating it". What!!!!!!

Best exp with movers Ive ever had. If I could have the same moving team for all my future moves I know my things would be taken well care of. Moved from Clearwater FL to VA and nothing is broken. Thats never happened before.

My movers were excellent. It was a difficult move for me and the team did everything they could to make sure it was a stress free as possible.

the men who made the move to the warehouse were very helpful and polite I was very glad we called two men and a truck and the next step is to bring my furniture to my knew address very soon.
