I’m disappointed in the way they left my china cabinet tilting into the room, scratching new hard wood floors when they pushed the cabinet to the wall, probably breaking off the bottom levelers. Loveseat not put together right, and they overcharged me over an hour, which is the only thing they corrected.

The time for my move and the estimate were 4.5 hours over however a mutual settlement was agreed upon that was acceptable to both parties.

My sideboard got damaged during the move and Two Men and a Truck personnel are to email me a claim form. I have not received it as yet but I am sure it will be sent to me. If I don't receive it I will call by 10/7/19. The gentleman I spoke to about this was very professional.

The only reason I rated the overall as Good vs. Excellent was do to the fact that my move time estimate was between 3-5 hours. The move took 9.5 hours. As I said earlier however a mutual fair agreement of price was worked out to the satisfaction of both parties.

Need to have broken table and glass ASAP. Need to have repairs to wall ASAP. Movers got into a disagreement with property manager. Please call as soon as possible when table and wall will be repaired.

The movers arrived early when I was still asleep. They made it clear that they were not going to move certain things even if they were packaged. They also broke a piece of furniture and said "it was like that". In addition, they asked me to initial saying that they finished moving to "expedite" the process and then without telling me, took off to my new home 2 hours away. They left so many things behind including a microwave and a ladder that I could not fit in my car. They were task-oriented, not customer oriented. I ended up showing up to my place an hour later after they reached my apartment. They placed things in places without myself being present. Overall, terrible experience.

I had very little to move, just a bed, dresser & a few boxes. When we got to the new location it took them forever to put a simple metal bed frame together. Four days later I had a new headboard with frame delivered & the installers said my metal bed frame was so bent they didn’t recommend using it with any other bed. I was disappointed to say the least.

The men who worked on my job were amazing!They really worked hard but the job was way too big for just three guys and one truck. I mentioned my concerns with the office after the pre moving paperwork was sent to me.I was assured then that they had assigned plenty of men and a big enough truck to my job.Unfortunately the men had to go back for the rest of my belongings and they were here two hours later then expected.Because the job was so big a few of my things were damaged.The brand new floor got chipped,tv scratched,chair legs broken and chipped on wood.I paid extra for the protection plan and three days later haven’t heard a thing from the office.I would like my things to be fixed or I would like to be reimbursed for the damages. Please contact me ASAP

my husband and son did most of the moving
they took forever to pack things up what should have taken four hours took 8 problably caused they charged by the hour
i called office to tell them i was over charged left a message no one returned my call
it was raining and they kept moving the truck where more and more water went in the truck and my furniture got soaked especially my sons bed

I have to say one of my wicker dinning table chairs looked as if a fist had been put through the back along with a couple dishes that can not be replaced were broke and I was very disappointed that I had to get a truck and move the rest of my stuff on Sunday the 21st. I had paid for the luxury of not having to do the move on my own. I am very disappointed that I paid to have some of my furniture ruined.
