1) did not bring enough blankets to protect expensive furniture, truck left with a limited production, numbered piece sitting on top of other furniture with absolutely no pad or any type of protection. Totally unacceptable. Office manager Carlos told me more blankets were on the way, and, since they never showed up he obviously lied just to get me off the phone.

2) did not bring boxes for artwork even though I specifically told the office I needed a lot of these types of boxes framed artwork went into the truck unprotected.

3) did not pack truck efficiently enough and I had to wait until 8:00pm for a second truck to pick up a half a dozen small items.

This is the 5th time I have used 2 Men & a Truck and by far my worst experience. One more chance and if is like this again I am moving on to another company.

I have two more houses for sale right now and each will require movers.

The moving team was prompt but the office forgot to let me know they were on their way. The guys had to wait for me to get home.

2 pieces of furniture were slightly damaged after we specifically mentioned for them to take extra care.

The office staff lacks communication. When you call, you always get the voicemail and I didn’t even receive a confirmation before day of move. When getting a quote I stated I had a tree to move, only to find out the day of that they don’t move trees. So now I am forced to find a way to get it to my new house. However, my movers were fantastic.

Thank you so very much! Alex was wonderful in helping my move go so smoothly. He immediately put me at ease and continued to follow up. The 2 gentlemen that actually packed and made the move were fantastic as well. They were friendly, courteous and very careful with my belongings. Thank you all for your hard work. The three gentleman that moved us last week were very very professional all the way around super great Guys did an excellent job if they are still around in two years when we move again I sure would like to have them thank you so much.

Zak, England and Caleb did an outstanding job under the most difficult of circumstances in a 2 part move. I am very glad they were my team, it was a really hard move for me and them but they did more than I expected.

For the most part the guys did a good job. But my biggest disappointment was that, since I can't lift anything, I had asked them to put all the furniture in the house, not the garage. (There were a few exceptions.) However, a good leather chair is now in the garage, shoved up against a tool box. I'm hoping it hasn't been torn, but we have to move a lot of boxes before we can get to it. Just an example.
