I was satisfied for the most part. The driver did not know his helper and had to ask him his name upon arrival. The second man moved a couple of large wooden antique pieces and bang them into walls at the house pickup and moving them in my home. One piece is an antique chest of drawers and an inherited piece. I told the gentleman where to place it and he did. However, after the movers left, I was admiring my furniture when I noticed that a figurine had been knocked on the floor, shattering the base and breaking the head off of the figurine. The mover left shards of the base on the floor and perched the head of the figurine on the body. This piece was handed down to me by my late husband’s now deceased aunt. It had great sentimental value. It was a Greek figurine and I’m very sad to lose it

the guys moved a little too fast. A table was damaged in route, a TV stand was damaged in route . A screen in a screen door was torn. Repairs are in the works.

The estimate was straightforward and honest, and they were able to schedule my move in a very short period of time. The movers were friendly and efficient.
