I want to express how very pleased we were with the services provided by the moving team that came to our home. They were efficient with the move and careful with all of our belongings. My only disappointment was that it was a very expensive move. I used a private company two years ago with much more furniture and it was 1/3 less the price.

Two Men and a Truck provides moving services and support designed to make the move experience less stressful for the customer. My moving team, Lem and Patrick, were prompt, efficient, well-spoken and courteous. They were helpful and asked numerous times if there was anything else they could do in the placement of my possessions. I am a handicapped person and they thoughtfully brought a chair off the truck first so I could sit comfortably. My experience with Two Men and a Truck has always been favorable. They get the job done in good order.

I was very disappointed with the level of service provided. How does a mover show up without tools? That's right, they forgot the tools! I had to beg my neighbors' help to borrow tools (mine had already been moved to the new place). They also tried to take apart my treadmill, as they claimed it wouldn't fit through the bedroom door. I told them NO, take the door off its' hinge. They were not competent enough to handle this!
This was the fourth time using your company and I am very unhappy with the service. When the total was given, I asked for a consideration since we only travelled three miles from my previous location. The supervisor flatly refused to accommodate my request via telephone.

Although courteous and friendly the office staff didn't accurately schedule an estimate the move. We had far too little people and two smaller truck. Supplies were Limited as we did not have enough boxes or tape Essentials for moving. Both the movers we had on the first day Thomas and Ed worked their tails off. I appreciate what they did and how hard they worked. On the second day you could tell it was the second day and many things fell through the cracks.
