Javier and John were exceptional movers - their customer service was outstanding- please extend my thanks to them once more. They were delightful to work with- they were organized, attentive details, on schedule, caring about my furnishings, got everything accomplished in the time originally recommended- I will most definitely use your company again and request them. Andrew was amazing! He drove across state lines in the remnants of a hurricane, and was an absolute delight during the whole process. The affiliates assisting in the Delray and Dallas offices were also incredible; helpful, efficient, and really nice!

when making arrangements for this move we were never told about a TV box or mattress cover. the day of the move the movers broke the TV! I am only being compensated 60.00 for a tv that cost me 300.00 all because of the carelessness of the movers and the misinformation of the service Rep Mike. Please note that all boxes were purchased through you so we would have absolutely purchased a tv box would Mike had requested us to do so. very unsatisfied and will NEVER use you again. and we will be spreading the word!
