Your guys were prompt and courteous. Very helpful and professional. Kudo's to them both.
My only issue is that I believe that the service could have been a bit more efficient and could have taken less time. This resulted in additional hours, and therefore additional costs.
Overall I was pleased, but I do think that the cost could have been 75% of what it eventually was.

Overall a great experience. The guys who moved us were great- they took care of our furniture and protected it. It was fast and nothing broke! They were nice and very helpful. Can't complain and would definitely use this company again and recommend them to friends.

My move was very difficult. I have heavy large pieces that had to go from 2nd story to 2nd story. At the onset, I was presented additional paperwork to sign. What is a customer to do at that point, you already have some of my furniture on your truck. I spent the whole rest of the day praying that none of the young men would get hurt. Thankfully they did not, but there was about a 3 foot long scratch in my brand new wood floor across six planks. The movers just said, "We didn't do it". There were 4 men for the move. One was older and 3 were very young-college age. They were all very nice and respectful but it is not very comforting for the homeowner to hear from the leader how difficult the move is. I think you should invest in some technology to assist the movers like stair crawlers etc.
