Two Men and a Truck sent a 3 man crew. Each guy was professional, respectful and efficient. Even with our tricky corners and tight doorways, they still managed to creatively and safely get our furniture where it need to be. In the end we were very satisfied with the job done.

Rep said she could foresee it going over 2 hours for such a small amount of things. The drivers arrived on time and were personable. It was pouring rain on and off. It took them approximately 30 mins to load the truck another 30 to get to my new apartment. It then took them 2.5-3hours hours to unload 2 bedroom sets and under 20 boxes that previously took 30 minutes to load. They took so long that the rain came down again. My furniture was broken in the process and it took a month before it was fixed. I was also billed for over $600 for this experience.

This was our second time using your service our first time was excellent from Jupiter to Boynton. Our second experience wasn’t so good, it was Boynton to Boynton and it took more time I felt like they was milking the clock. Plus the service was delayed because of truck maintenance issues and last but not least we found a broken leg in the dresser caused by movers they immediately filled a report but the follow up after has been bad. I had to fix it my self. Btw what I can’t figure out is how did it cause me more from Boynton to Boynton than Jupiter to Boynton...? Same amount of items.

Your moving team was great but my Entertainment Center was scratched in 2 areas and my 46 in LED TV was cracked in the bottom right hand corner. Why didn't I report this ealier? I didn't see it until 1 week after the move in and most companies don't really do anything after a time lapse on 1 week or more so I didn't call.

One of the delivery guys did NOT know how to pack a truck, load boxes and in general seemed like he had zero experience at all. Our move was supposed to be 2 stops. The truck was packed so poorly, they made 1 stop came back to the house for more items and then completed the 2nd stop. No time efficiency. No time savings. Day was much longer than planned due to disorganized crew and they broke several items. Aweful.
