The movers should be more careful not to damage the furniture! I paid a lot of money for my furniture and it is not old at all. I found scuff marks on my couch, bed, and fraying in the fabric on the side of my couch within the material. I had also found dirt marks on my white lamp shade. Not happy about the damage and did not notice until after they had left.

The experience was mostly positive. The crew hustled and worked very hard, but we were left with several dents and marks on the walls of both homes that have had to be fixed and the box spring to one of our bed boxsprings was saturated with lighter fluid from what I assume was incorrect packing of some outdoor torches directly on top of the bed. The claims process has not been to my satisfaction.
