I would like to thank the wonderful group of guys you sent to move my furniture. Cliff was the leader of the team and he was polite, articulate, humorous and efficient. The two other team members were Octavius Perry ( I told him he had a movie star name) and a sweet giant named Matt ?( for some reason I want to call him Andre). They introduced themselves with big smiles ( WHEN does THAT ever happen?), and asked me several times how they could help me and if the furniture was placed where I wanted it. I felt appreciated and I felt important: I am thinking of adopting one of them. Give those wonderful employees a raise and a gift certificate to Red Lobster!

I was extremely satisfied with my service. The crew was amazing to deal with and were wonderful. Being overwhelmed as I was, they made it that much better for me. They took pride in my items as if they were their own and made sure everything was just right. The crew was professional and made a stressful day for me less stressful.
