<div>I am sorry this wasn’t a better experience for you. We base our truck size off the inventory provided to us. We try our best to avoid these situations by emailing over the estimate before even booking, and in the email asking customers to please verify the inventory is correct to avoid issues. I do see you responded to that email letting us know one of the addresses was incorrect, but there was no mention of the inventory being incorrect as well. Obviously somehow it was still missed and we do apologize for that inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback and we will look into how we can make the verification step easier.</div>

<div>I am sorry for the inconvenience and that is why as a courtesy I offered to reimburse you the $75 you paid to move the bed after the fact. But to be clear, we do have customers sign off before we leave the load that everything was loaded which you did. We offered the credit as a courtesy, but in actuality you would have paid that anyways if we moved it as you are billed actual time.</div>
