Everyone I interacted with was very courteous and happy to help. The most important aspect was you provided a quote quickly, where other companies didn’t. Upon doing more research and comparing with experiences of others I’m not convinced my pricing was a good value and am not sure I’d use again if given more time to research other moving companies.

I had a great experience with the company, I’ve dealt with them in the past when I worked in a furniture store. They arrived 10 minutes early, took great care with everything, and were courteous throughout the entire move, especially when one of the gentlemen was very allergic to cats. There was slight damage to our entertainment center and we were given the option of filing a claim or having some money taken off of the final bill. The whole process was smooth and will use them again in the future.

The guys that moved me from new castle were fast, careful and efficient,,,but I used the guys from Dover de to move my stuff earlier this year and during this move we found a lot of damage from the Dover guys,,

Everything went great with the move. Communication was very easy with the office staff and the estimate for the job was returned very quickly. The day of the move went very smooth. Tyrone, Jeff, and Andre showed up early and ready to work. They worked hard all day and were most willing and able to handle my old and heavy furniture with respect and care. Nothing I asked of them was too much trouble. They were respectful and friendly despite the heat and arduous all day job. Not one thing was broken, and they place each piece wherever I asked.
