Had a couple minor damages but they were taken care of quickly. The 3 movers we had really huddled to get the job done!

Damage was done to my hardwood floor and I’m still waiting for the office to call me about repairing.

Our movers were very respectful and courteous. One lamp was broken and a gouge was made in our newly painted stairwell wall. Otherwise, the move went very well.

While the 2 movers arrived early, I was told that the 2 hour service window would also be changed. At the end of he move--with 15 minutes or more to spare, I was told that they weren't going to charge me for a 3rd hour, like this was a "break".
Also, my couch was damaged because blankets were not used to protect the bottom fabric from the bottom of the truck (or wherever it was rested during the move). There was a large dark stain and white paint on the couch fabric, to which the mover said "sorry".

Overall the experience was good. The only issue movers small damage to wall. Mover very apologetic and manager came out next day and repaired wall and will come back and paint in the next day or so.

Our move needed three men due to the fact that we have a piano. I was sent two men and one disabled man who did not know what to do. Lots of extra time spent on the training of this man DURING our move. Three pieces of furniture were damaged, a jewelry armoire was destroyed and the front pavers were disturbed from their hand truck. Two Men and a Truck wants to send “their own people” to fix these things. However, I have no confidence in the company anymore. Why they would send an incompetent man to do a very important job is a total mystery to me...all at my expense. A job that was supposed to take 5 1/2 hours took over eight hours because of it . I am hoping to get some satisfaction with some sort of solution to this problem with reimbursement for lost items and extra time. Horrible!

The movers Jerome and Brenan were friendly, answered questions I had. I questioned why they were wrapping everything, I told them I didn't think they had to. They said it was to care for my property as if it was theirs. You don't want anything broke or dented.
I will need to be moving again in 5 weeks, I will request to have Jerome and Brenan as my movers. .

Thought supervisor was very organized and professional. Helpers very friendly and eager to please.

The movers were very careful with my belongings and courteous!

It was a last minute change that we had to be out sooner. The staff was wonderful in working us in early. The movers were great, pleasant and they did a wonderful job getting us moved.
