Office staff and movers were all polite, helpful and professional. Movers were quick and worked well however they didn’t load the truck efficiently so we ran out of space and had to leave some small items. When they unloaded the items they just piled some items haphazardly, put upright objects and boxes on their side instead of standing them up appropriately. Dinner tray set were damaged, on side

Anthony, Ian and Phil did a great job moving all of our items. They wrapped all of our furniture to protect it and they definitely hustled. I would use them again. .

We were very satisfied with the customer service and they were very prompt, thorough and great follow up in the set up. The movers were very professional and pleasant and courteous. Excellent!

I expected to hear from the office yesterday about damage done during the move, I haven’t. I also emailed the office and the only reply so far has been this survey. I expected much better service and support.

Very pleased with the whole experience. Eric did a great job setting everything up and the two movers were very professional.

This was an unexpected ,last minute move. I went on line and got a quick estimate. When I called they said they can do it the next day, 1PM. I said ok lets do it. Got a call at 9AM from the driver stating their first move was canceled and they can do it now. Perfect, they showed up at 10 and got everything loaded and down the road within an hour. The men were very professional, highly recomended!

The 2 men were professional and worked quickly!!! If you move spinet pianos, I need one moved from Penna. to Maryland this summer.

The two movers were very good. Professional and friendly as well. It amazed both my son and I how much these two guys were able to move by themselves. I'm disabled and the bed my son had is very heavy, it has those up and down things in the bottom. But they got it down the stairs and out without too much trouble. And one of the guys picked up a love seat all by himself! Great job.

There was wall damage at both the pick up and delivery location. There were also sunflower seed shells left in various areas at the pick up location that did not appear to be accidental. Manager was present to note damage at final destination but I was not notified of damages at the pickup location during the occurrence. I sent documentation of damage but have not received a response.
