The crew were very professional and very nice. They showed me everything that they noticed on my furniture that looked damaged or warped in any way so that I was aware. They were very timely and efficient. I had a great experience that was easy and stress free.

I was not as happy with management. While I was very pleased during the whole experience with their costumer service and attentiveness. I found a huge lack of communication with not only me as the costumer but also with the crew. I was not told fully about how charges work. I also wasn’t offered to rent certain boxes which was an option instead I was charged to buy them which If I had known I could rent I would have. wasn’t happy about that. I was told things by management that the crew would do but when I told my guys they had no idea about it. I felt bad for them as I seen, as with my job, communication is lacking and services were offered on their behalf that they didn’t know about. I felt like fees snuck up on me too at the end because of this lack of communication. I hope this process can be improved in the future.
