The moving team was absolutely fantastic! Professional, courteous, respectful and very friendly! The office team was good, I really wish I received some sort of confirmation; email or confirmation number, really just anything In writing would’ve been suffice. I was not made aware of the packing rules/conditions required. Confirmation email with the rules should be standard operating procedure.

The guys that helped with our move were great. Professional, caring and hard working. They were careful with all of our furniture, and went the extra mile with our large couch! Thank you.

Our movers were friendly, professional and very good with our belongings. We felt that they cared equally as much about our things and appreciated their questions about certain boxes and furniture. The team lead appeared to be mentoring the others and that was really great to see. Big thanks to our team!

Team was very focused, patient and creative in getting some large and heavy pieces out of and into weird spaces. They were efficient and professional.

When the move ran past the expected finish time, additional people from the company arrived to help get everything done.

I had very poor communication with your office representative Elisabeth. She did not relay the correct information to the moving team and subsequently put me at a disadvantage for my move. The moving team was very accommodating and eased my anxieties, however, I was extremely disappointed that the office was unable to communicate necessary information related to my move.

The team from the office to the movers were efficient, committed and reliable. I organised the move from outside the US. They responded to all my requests for assistance and were always polite and extremely helpful and kind.

These guys were great, and made my move very easy.
