The whole experience was okay. Could have worked faster, didn’t show up in the specified window of time they said they would, which made us late getting out of our home. Not the end of the world, but in a service industry, these details are what make you stand out for both the positive and the negative. For my next move, I’ll try to find a company that is better than just okay.

Both movers were courteous, respectful and worked efficiently.
They packed things well and were careful not to damage anything.
I was informed about the progress they were making along the way and was very satisfied overall.
Would highly recommend the company.

I had to move my mother from her apartment in CT to another apartment in Ohio. The packaging, loading and shipping of her items went smoothly and on time. All the men who packed, loaded and unloaded were courteous and knew how to pack and unload. They were very helpful and nothing broke or was chipped. I was informed about the timing of the whole process and it was all on time. I would definitely hire again! The total experience was effortless and convenient. I would definitely hire these movers again if needed.

Movers were polite, professional and extremely cautious with some fragile antique furniture I have. I highly recommend Two Men & A Truck. A+ A+ A+ !!!!

Chris the driver was awesome - HIGHLY RECOMMEND him form my next move. However the truck was two small and it cost me more for 1 small item and odds and ends to go back a second time. WAS NOT HAPPY about that

I’ve used you countless times and will continue to. Never had a bad experience. You do a great job making sure that each time I move, I have a consistent experience with you. Nothing short of great! Max, Keshif and Darius were fantastic! They were so professional and super positive and worked quickly but carefully. Would work with them again in a heartbeat!

I did have a challenging move into smaller space. 2 trucks, 6 men. There were often times I saw men idle, not as organized as should have been. found heavy boxes atop boxes labeled fragile. Waslong day, everyone tired towards end. Damages occurred, called immediately, 2 weeks later no follow thru on their end. One damage I realized later team Capt did and aware of..tried to conceal. When I noticed the piece of wood broken off dresser it magically appeared. Had I realized that at time I would not have very generously tipped! Guys all nice and courteous but trying to hide a significant damage negates that. Was unable to locate very fragile lampshades they packed, called office..stillno reply. Found them in mislabeled box, three packed together, stained glass shade misshapen now.

Service was very good. All of our belongings were moved same day as promised.

Moving team was professional and polite.

Our movers were professional and respectful. They were on time and completed our move in efficiently. I would use them again. I even have the names of my crew for referrals and if I ever need move again.
