I’m terrible with names but the two guys could not be better. I would recommend them to my mother!!!

The workers that came did not have any tools to do the job with them they had to wait for me to come back to the location to use my tools to do the job. I was very displeased with that situation. Also there was part of my bedroom furniture that was missing and I was told that it was among the things and it was not there. Luckily I found it myself back at the house I was moving from on the porch where they left the two wood pieces from my set.

I was very impressed with your service. Your team of movers was exceptional! They were incredibly hard-working, polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend your business.

Mikol Johnson and Maxi Dorleans were phenomenal. From their arrival to their departure, they were professional, positive, and made the moving experience stress-free. They seamlessly navigated a tricky unloading parking situation, and handled all items with care. Based on their excellent performance, I have already recommended Two Men and a Truck to friends.

The three men on my job were really nice and reassuring and polite. Unfortunately, after unloading most of my possessions, the team leader apparently was angry and swearing at the people in authority at my new senior housing and they made them reload my things and leave the premises. I sat in a wheelchair in my empty apartment for another three hours until a new team of three men came back and brought up my furniture. All the men on both teams were nothing but nice to me. It was a problem with slow elevators and some of the,people in wheelchairs were upset, I heard. There was damage on two of my pieces as well. I am awaiting a partial refund, arranged by the CEO of this building. My move was on July 31 and today is August 9. It was a nightmare move this time.

The moving crew were exceptionally courteous, methodical and hard working. I had no issues and was very happy to receive this level of service. Thank you.

On our move day, Frederick notified me that the original truck was involved in an accident and immediately sent another crew/truck. Although we were delayed the crew did an excellent job moving our belongings to the final destination.

Basically your men had to move one very heavy, large, antique armoire that is treasured by my family. They showed great respect for the piece as well as skill in handling such a difficult-to-move object.. It was a pleasure to work with them and to have our family treasure moved without any problems or troubles.

I chose “poor” for office staff because I was told that the manager Fred would call me but he never did. I was calling to complain that my movers were 15 minutes late (after the hour window I was given - I had to pay someone to watch my two children so this was unacceptable to me). However, once the day was done I decided not to pursue my complaint with Fred because I was so pleased with the three gentlemen who moved us. They were polite, professional, communicated well with eachother, wrapped and secured all of my furniture/belongings, and hustled. It was a very hot day and they kept it moving and worked through the heat. I had some less than ideal moving conditions (narrow hallways and such) and they talked to eachother to make sure my items were well taken care of. GREAT YOUNG MEN.
