Terrible overall. 2/10 service. Quoted a price to me as a customer, and proceeded to make an error in estimating how many total boxes we had to move. The company sent an additional 12 men, and expected me to tip them, and pay them on top. I was ensured my credit card wouldn't be charged until a representative reached out to me, and that was not the case. They went ahead and charged my card on an unacceptable non authorized charge. Sad I need to get my attorney involved considering I haven't even gotten a call back..

The two movers, Derek and Terrance (sp?) were exceptional.
They were courteous, friendly and very helpful in a difficult move situation (my daughter and here children had to get a court order to get belongings from home they hadn't been in in month that they left without packing in limited time fame on a Saturday)
They were patient and great in directing us on what best to do and when, as well as doing most of work(all of hard work).
My daughter and I really appreciated their help and the quality of the move.
The office team Susan and T??? were also helpful, thorough, freindly and asked the right questions to set up the move correctly.
Thank them for us again if you can.

The three men who moved us were fantastic! so courteous and friendly as well. It had o be the hottest day of the years as well and their attitude was fantastic! please say thank you to them for us. it made our move seamless.
