The two movers were awesome. The office guy that took the order completely botched the order. It seemed that he had a sheet with check boxes and he couldn't enter that I had a 10 x 20 foot storage unit filled with stuff....also, the move was 4 hours late which was an inconvenience for me.

From start to finish, the experience was great. Scheduling the move was easy, and the scheduler was friendly and helpful. The timing was off a little, but since I was late to make the arrangements for the following day, it was understandable. The two guys, Jerry and Jamar, were professional, personable and hard working, as well as fun and very responsible. It was great all around. I plan to use them again!

From start to end Sarah was so easy to work with and was in touch with me on all of my questions! She provided answers quickly and assured me of how things would be handled. She gave me confidence in times of a crazy buying and sell process.

Our movers who picked up our things were extremely fast and efficient!

We had 3 men, and the older of the 3 (I apologize I never got his name) has FANTASTIC customer service skills.

I had misjudged the amount we had and he assured me they would do their best and they did. His delivery of any communication was amazing. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciated his moving and customer service skills.

Chris James and Karl were great on the move in as well. It was dark by that time and they all pushed through. They were personable and made the process smooth.

If I could give all 10s instead on 5s I would. I am very happy I chose two men and a truck. Aaron explained everything and was available to answer all of my questions. The day of my move Julian, Julio and James packed my entire condo in a timely manner. We all shared a bunch of laughs while successfully moving me to my new location. I will personally recommend them to my friends and family members for future moves. Thank you so much. I’m a very satisfied customer!!

You have a highly satisfied customer! Everything from the reservation through execution of the move was done as I requested and without issues or setbacks - including the transfer of furniture to a third location. The moving team was courteous and efficient and clearly understood that time equated to money for me. I would use them again without hesitation
