We had 2 men come out to move a fridge and stove back into place. I was clear that we just had new hardwood floors and needed the pieces carried over the wood. The team came unprepared to carry the pieces. They were able to carry stove, but to do the fridge myself and my wife had to help since one of the movers did not have the strength or size. The other person was solid and a pro. DISAPPOINTED
Response
Dominick, this is definitely unacceptable, no disagreement there. We always aim to provide 5 star service and that is definitely not what you received. You can rest assured that we have spoken with the team that completed your move and taken the appropriate actions to ensure this level of service does not continue. If there are any more details you would like to share, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for the honest feedback. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience!

Two Men and a Truck started off on the right foot by having a phone number that connected to a person, Michelle, with whom I could discuss our unusual kind of moving. It's not every day they get a request to move cat furniture. Michelle took care of everything, including a date change. Rafael and his colleague arrived on time and got the items to the destination before we got there. All good!

The guys were beyond amazing! They explained the whole process from beginning to end. These 3 guys in a truck hustled! They made sure that everything they moved was covered and handled all the items as if it were their own! We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for making this move, painless!

Great experience all around. Michelle in the Office and Eric and the moving team. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. They took less time then expected. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck and will call again next time we move.

The3 movers that came were GREAT. They called & informed me of how long it would take to arrive and once they did, they quickly took a survey of the home and then got to work. They truly amazed me and got everything to fit in one truck. I moved only 6 months earlier with the same things, most of which are still sitting in the same boxes, and that took two 20 feet uhauls as well as a 15 foot pod.
