The team was very professional and conscientious. They called in additional help when they felt is was required, worked throughout two of the hottest days of the summer and never complained. They continued to be positive and provide periodic updates on progress of the move. Great group of guys!

I packed my entire belongings, shrink wrapped all my furniture and everything that needed to be moved, all the movers had to do was to load up items in the truck. Despite my preparations your moving crew prolonged the loading and I feel was unnecessary. One of your movers was seen using his personal mobile phone in more than 1 occasion; I don't pay an hourly rate for people to be on their phone. I allowed your movers to unload all my contents into the storage room I rented to store my belongings. Your moving crew displayed gross organizational skills when unloading my belongings into the storage area; it could have been neater and tighter, I will forward a picture of the storage room as left by your movers.

I only hired professional movers to move about 25 pieces of furniture. Somehow that ended up taking 6 hours. At the very end, one worker was constructing a bed while two others waited in the truck. That’s when I said ok I’ll take it from here. I think the movers realized it wouldn’t be a full days work when they first arrived so they tried to stretch it out into one.
Other than the slow pace, the workers were courteous and professional with the move.

The online estimating tool combined with the administrative follow up made me feel comfortable in having an idea of what my expenses would be. The moving team were friendly, helpful and tried very hard to make me feel comfortable in how they handled my things. On moving day they did an excellent job. Thanks so much.

Rob and his moving team were awesome. I moved on a very hot day from a second floor apartment to a third floor apartment and was impressed with how well they took care of my property, how efficient they were and their professionalism from start to finish was unmatched! The office personnel were also very courteous and the no hidden costs was nice! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation! Thank you all for the hard work you do!!!
