Everything was great except there was a 45 minute delay that the crew took between leaving my apartment and arriving at my new home. They did call and tell me but offered no reason as to why they would be delayed. This delay was inconvenient and seemed avoidable for the customer.

Office staff returned inquiry call in a timely manner. Services and associated costs were explained clearly. Although Two Men and a Truck was not the least expensive mover, they were so professional in their response that I felt they could be trusted to do a good job. The guys arrived on schedule and quickly loaded the truck, taking care with furniture loading. Unloading went quickly as well. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck for another short-distance move.

The guys were terrific! While unloading, two different people asked the guys for a business card. You might want to make sure they have a couple of cards with them in the trucks. Both of these people wanted to use your services in the future. I attested to both that working

Prince, Earl, and Glenn were amazing! They were polite, helpful, and cheerful. They worked so fast, I actually saved money. They made the nightmare that is moving so much easier. The office staff was great, too. And all my furniture, including some antiques, came through the move in perfect shape.

Overall very happy. Some scratches on our hardwood floors, which we should have covered. The movers were courteous and eager to help.

Marilyn in the office was very helpful in planning for the move and providing pricing and availbity. The movers were very nice and worked hard through out the day. Some additional care should have been taken when packing my boxes/personal items into the truck and storage unit. I specifically asked and pointed out that heavy items need to be packed on the bottom and fragile items need to be on top/handled with care. As a result, several boxes were crushed and I had to ask them to rearrange items. The case that was holding my custom poker set fell in the truck and broke. My bed fell off the risers it was in after they assembled it and there is a two foot gash in my nightstand. Im happy to be moved and appreciate the hard work but am not thrilled with the end result.

We weren’t going to hire any moving company and do it ourselves but we’d kill our fathers who’d want to help. Best decision we ever made. Great workers.
