I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Two Men A Truck! My movers, Cody and Mike B were friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took such good care of my furniture, disassembled and then reassembled my bed perfectly and set everything up just how I wanted it. It was truly the best experience I could have asked for and I will absolutely be using Two Men and A Truck for all of my future moves!

Great service. The movers were polite, efficient, hard working, and professional. They knew what they were doing and seemed to capitalize on their strengths. For example, having the mover that knew how to more quickly reassemble furniture be doing that instead of carrying boxes. I was very pleased with the service, even my daughters commented on how nice and polite they were. I have only one complaint. I have a stackable washer and dryer and they did not put the bracket back on. I handled it, but didn’t know until the dryer started rocking wildly during the washer’s spin cycle. I had asked before they left and they said it was done.

Would highly recommend to anyone. The moving team was very professional, very nice, they listened to directions, asked questions, and constantly checked to see how they were doing. They thoroughly explained the process, and the equipment was new, clean, and well maintained.

Kevin Sherman, Sweeny, Robinson, and Augeri were all extremely pleasant, positive workers. For an incredibly stressful time for the movers, this team made us feel at ease, not like a burden, and they did it in style, professionally, and respectfully. This is our first time using a moving company, and we will absolutely use Two Men and a Truck when we have to move again in about 5 months!!
The office crew I think can be a bit more explanatory. We did not get clear knowledge about the valuation charges/insurance until the morning of, which is something the payers should have time to think about and get paperwork on the options ahead of time. We also were never told until asked a couple days before moving that you place mattresses in bags (as we had bought our own and did this already).

Your feedback regarding confusion of the insurance terms and mattresses covers was super helpful. While we have always had a procedure in place to explain the insurance policy at several touch points in the booking process, we have not sent the actual policy in advance. We totally understand that in the rush of a hectic move, it can be difficult to concentrate on insurance paperwork. So we have revised our process to send this out in advance.
