That was the best moving experience ever. We were moving my mom of 90 years old and we had to obviously down size. We needed her things to go to two different locations and the movers to extraordinary care to make sure they knew where each item was going, to pack it well, to not scratch or hurt the items or the walls or floors we were moving out of or into. They were friendly and efficient as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My move was very carefully timed for a Saturday, so that I would be there to greet the movers, NOT my elderly father. However, a very slight dusting of snow prevented the entire move! It was postponed until Monday, when I had to work. Therefore, after all this careful planning, my dear old father had to assist with this after all. It was too much for him and caused problems in my family. If I had known that a mere dusting of snow would postpone my move, I would have hired friends, or another company. Also, some items were placed in the new house in a way that was somewhat careless. A favorite table was placed leaning over, and stuff put ontop, causing the legs to be less sturdy now.

Very good experience. The movers were great - considerate, careful, and ready to do whatever was needed. Two Men met all commitments. Best decision of the move!

I found the movers to be very informative and polite.

The men were just wonderful. Top ratings for all of them in every area. (Noting, however, that my recollection of uniforms is that they were not 100%, well, uniform.) The office staff was lovely, however, there were a few mistakes made likely there that affected our move. The most notable one is that I asked to have packing of books and kitchen done by the company, and even sent photos of kitchen as requested by office personnel. Movers arrived with no such instructions, and not even any packing material. My daughter and I had to return to the old unit and pack the kitchen ourselves later that night. Very exhausting and time consuming for us.

Your crew did a fantastic job; true professionals! And later, a manager showed up during the second half of the move to see how everything was going. I was very impressed!

overall the experience was great - the estimator was off on his quote - originally he said 2 trucks and 4 guys - then it was changed to 1 truck andamp; 3 guys - if the manager did not show up to assist it never would have been loaded timely - the unloading also took longer than expected - myself and children ended up helping and pushing along at the end -

The team was quick and accomodating. They made the transition into our new house much easier.

Great job by the guys who moved me to my new place. Efficient and way under time frame, made the job of relocating eady.

The company did what it proposed. They called when on the way. They packed up and moved my items quickly. They were kind and understanding. We were moving my mom to a memory care facility and the movers were patient and helped us arrange her room.
