Pros- 1.Worked hard and were very efficient. 2.Polite and had great personalities. 3.Did their best to take care of my stuff. 4.I was stressed and they did their best to calm me. 5.Office staff listened WELL to my few but important complaints and assured me they would be addressed. Thank you Marilyn and Ben for listening and refunding the $60.00 for the andamp;quot;valuationandamp;quot;.
Cons- 1.The DAY of the move, I was told about the andamp;quot;valuation optionsandamp;quot; which should have been addressed the day we did paperwork-NOT RIGHT! 2.NEED TO READ INSTRUCTION MANUALS-my NEW folding box spring was installed UPSIDE DOWN??!!! 3.Need to listen!

Service was excellent. The person answering the phone was upbeat and patient in getting information about the move. She explained things clearly and I felt that the pricing was fully disclosed. Edwin and Mike the movers were on time and extremely polite in their interactions with me and my family. They were efficient and made sure the items were well protected. Before they left Edwin asked if there was anything else they could help me with which made me feel confident that they stood by their work and were concerned that I was satisfied. The prices may not have been the very cheapest but they were reasonable and considering the movers are coming into your home it is important that they are trustworthy. I would highly recommend and plan on using the company again next month.

I liked that furniture was wrapped in quilting and taped. I didn't like that the movers did not have moving straps (like those used by appliance delivery folks). That would have helped them immensely. Rather than twisting the several hutches and curio cabinets I owned on one bottom edge, the pieces could've been lifted/carried.

This was my first time using a moving company and everything was taken care of beyond what I imagined. The staff were relatable, thorough and hilarious. They helped the day go because of their positive attitudes and amazing comradery. I am in a management position for my profession and the gentleman this company hired are exactly what I look for in my employees. I 100% will be using this company again!

The lead mover was under the influence of marijuana. The smell was overbearing when he first arrived. The gentlemen worked very slowly and complained throughout the move about how much they get paid. Numerous inferences were made throughout about giving them a large tip. The manager gave me a 1/2 hour credit, which was appreciated. However, lots of excuses were made for the behavior of the moving guys.

The two gentlemen who performed the move were very nice and helpful and the move occurred without a hitch. I would recommend them without hesitation.
