Would highly recommend to anyone. The moving team was very professional, very nice, they listened to directions, asked questions, and constantly checked to see how they were doing. They thoroughly explained the process, and the equipment was new, clean, and well maintained.

Kevin Sherman, Sweeny, Robinson, and Augeri were all extremely pleasant, positive workers. For an incredibly stressful time for the movers, this team made us feel at ease, not like a burden, and they did it in style, professionally, and respectfully. This is our first time using a moving company, and we will absolutely use Two Men and a Truck when we have to move again in about 5 months!!
The office crew I think can be a bit more explanatory. We did not get clear knowledge about the valuation charges/insurance until the morning of, which is something the payers should have time to think about and get paperwork on the options ahead of time. We also were never told until asked a couple days before moving that you place mattresses in bags (as we had bought our own and did this already).

Your feedback regarding confusion of the insurance terms and mattresses covers was super helpful. While we have always had a procedure in place to explain the insurance policy at several touch points in the booking process, we have not sent the actual policy in advance. We totally understand that in the rush of a hectic move, it can be difficult to concentrate on insurance paperwork. So we have revised our process to send this out in advance. And, with regard to the mattress bags, we have reminded our move consultants to be sure they follow the standard process of explaining that we protect all mattresses with bags. <br/>We strive to exceed expectations and thank you for taking the time to give us your constructive feedback! <br/>We look forward to moving you again soon!</div>

Excellent experience. Movers were courteous, polite, and very hardworking. They worked their tails off moving everything in extremely hot and humid weather. They were a great team and we truly appreciate their dedication. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

I appreciated how promptly the claims manager dealt with a damage claim and some missing clips for a piece of furniture.
I received replacement clips 3 days after I raised the issue. Very impressive.
