My only disappointment was that it was very difficult getting a hold of the office team by phone to answer questions, etc.

The move took several hours more than anticipated on one of the hottest days of the year but the movers continued to work hard and didn't complain. They were both very polite and did a very good job organizing lots of boxes and small items.

Everything went well to start with. One of the movers was a very pleasant person to deal with but the other was rather grumpy. They did the best that they could with the truck that they had (almost got everything). As the move went on they must have gotten a bit tired which is understandable. Unfortunately when they were moving a love seat that could be moved in two pieces, they chose to move it all together resulting in damage to our brand new stairwell. They did however inform me right away and that repairs would be done at the company expense. All in all they did a good job, had it not been for the damage I would have rated them much higher.

We have had 16 moves over the past 40 years, seven of them involving distances of more than 500 miles, including to intercontinental trips to and from Europe. Brandon and Cody were the two best movers we have ever had—Customer-focused, always hustling, extremely careful with our possessions, and simply pleasant and professional in all regards! Karen was helpful throughout the process, from receiving the order through following up after the work was completed. Cain was very supportive checking in on our move on site during the day. Stephanie was very professional and courteous over the phone. We simply could not be more satisfied! Many thanks to the whole team, Bill and Vicki

Moving guys were great. Office charged the wrong form of payment which is aggravating considering I called them to make sure they used the correct card.

The movers we had were fantastic. They took the time to make sure our furniture was handled with care and that we understood everything that was going on. Can’t say enough good things about Blake and Willis.

Everything was great, the crews made it so everything went smoothly. Not a single single issue, broken item or damage to either house. Great experience.

Willis and Blake were courteous and professional took care to be sure all furniture was carefully wrapped and prepared for our move. I have used 2 men and a Truck before and I do recommend them.
