I have been pretty impressed with the workers, but I have not heard anything about the losses I occurred. I did turn them in within 4 days of the move, but have not heard anything at this pointk.

Day was quite interesting between truck breaking down and new building not being ready; concrete was still being laid and elevator broken. Daniel and Jon kept in positive spirits and communicated clearly every step of the way. Clearly I was quite stressed and their friendly attitudes and communication was much appreciated!

I had Brandon & Frank on my moving day. I was emptying my storage units. They had a very big truck that would not make the bend at the end 0f the building so they had to park on the end & hand carry the items a long way. They never complained & did their job very effieceintly. I was impressed with both of their work ethic. They were very professenal & friendly. It was costly but allowed me to get done in one day what would have taken me alone months to do.

I was told that the movers would arrive at approximately 2:30 p.m. by the office. On the day of our appointment, when they finally contacted us at about 4 p.m., they said they would be arriving at about 5:30 p.m., and that their window was supposed to be 2:30-4:30. This was not explained to me by the office when I arranged for the move. After 5 pm., we did not have time to meet the movers for the downtown portion of the move because we had other obligations, and we ended up paying $125 for 15 minutes to move only a couch, chair, and ottoman from our main level to our basement. This did not work out very well for us, and we still have a piece of furniture that needs moving to our new home.

Our movers, Adam and Bryan, did a wonderful job. They are extremely conscientious and hard-working.

Your help should always have tools. I have used your company four different times and every time they are without tools.

The team of Kane, Brandon, Tyler and Frank did an excellent and efficient job for us. I was especially pleased the care and caution with which the team moved my treasured grand piano. Kane was very knowledgeable when it came time to move the piano and did a fantastic job coordinating the move overall.

Otto, Collin and Carlos were a pleasure to work with! They arrived on time, dressed professionally and ready to work. They treated my treasured antiques with care. I moved from a third floor apartment to a new home. They worked very efficiently. The furniture that they took down, was reset up where I wanted it.

It was a great move, your guys were polite and professional, adapted to a tough situation with a piano, they worked hard and efficiently. They took great care with out possessions and we could not have been more pleased . Exceptional job by these three young men.
