Overall the moving crew was very good, however, they ran out of wardrobe boxes and instead of procuring more they crammed our clothes in so tightly that we had to use excessive force to remove them. Also several items were crammed into the bottom of the boxes. This is totally acceptable. The reason I requested an excess of wardrobe boxes was to reduce my clothes being wrinkled. Now we have to iron the majority of our clothes. Also, boxes were placed into the basement that they were instructed to place elsewhere.
Overall labelling of contents was good.
Will use Two Men and a Truck again, but will watch the crew more closely.
One crew member got sick and had to be replaced, I pray that he is OK, is he?

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was fantastic. The office was very helpful and professional and understanding. The movers were on time, professional, and very fast at moving everything from a 3rd floor apartment. They insured everything was secure and covered. We will be using Two Men and a Truck again. I will recommend your company to everyone.

My move was an internal one and the teams both moving furniture out and in were excellent.
Team on 28 April was Kevin and Liam.
Team on 5 May was Brandon and Quade

Men called before arriving, introduced themselves (one was in training). Very polite and cordial. Their conversations between themselves was appropriate. Move was efficient and much faster than I expected. Extremely pleased with the whole process.

Completely packed in boxes. 20 loose items. Studio to studio move. Furniture: light weight desk. Single bed. Small love seat. Tiny round light table w-4 stools. 4 mile drive. Level pick up. To 2nd floor studio. Truck parked feet from studio in both locations. $540. Took 4 hours!

If I had to do otherwise I would have cancelled and rescheduled the move as it Poured Buckets on moving day and so my organization leaves me with much work as I just wanted to get it over. Guys worked late after hours to get job done. Guys work long long hours. Wish I had them now for a few hours to organize and move boxes from garage to basement storage. Michael and Brandon and Newbie ( lost his name, sorry) were wonderful as were Kitty and Angela in office. Give those folks a raise!

Won't use any other company...

Your team was great from the beginning, and the men that came to unload my storage POD were excellent. There was some minor damage to the home, and they immediately notified me and filed a report. I would have rated your company "excellent" over all if Prestin had returned my email about scheduling my home repairs promptly. I'm currently very busy with work, and I have not heard back. (Unfortunately I had to email Prestin back because the office was busy and no one answered the phone when I called a few times trying to speak with him.) Otherwise, I assume you'll fix the minor damage, and I'll continue to be very pleased with your company.

B and Q were great- had good attitudes, understood my needs and were very careful and conscious of my things. I will request them again when I need to move next time!
