Great experience all the way around from initial call to completed move! My movers, Jon & Brandon, were great! Their friendly, respectful, conscientous, & hard working customer service was tops! Thank you all!

The team called promptly to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they were friendly, professional and respectful. The guys didn't rush the process - they were careful and wrapped each piece of furniture before loading it on the truck. Everything made it to my new residence without damage. Everything that was taken apart at the old residence was put together at the new one. They took the time to arrange my furniture just as I wanted it. I am so grateful for their respectful, friendly attitudes to me and to my belongings. What wonderful young men they are! Thanks also to the office personnel who answered questions and helped me set up the move. She was knowledgeable of the all the details, both the office side and the move itself. All around Excellent team!!

Workers didn't reassemble the bed of the bookcases they didn't have the parts they left them at the house boxes weren't marked as to what room they were from stuff was just throw in paid for a pre pack stuff with left and drawers and cabinets overall it was a sloppy experience

They were an hour and a half late, pushing our move time way back. They were really nice kids, they said that they had had a very busy day the day before and they were wore out. They never got to the boxes I needed moved, they were sent in a very small truck. They dropped my table which it was heavy. Charged me 651.00 to move 11 things in 5.5 hours. I probably wouldn’t recommend.

They made the moving experience great. The movers were curtious and polite and they took care of my furniture. I am very please with Two Men and a Truck as always.

The two men did not show up until 1:35 pm. We have phone logs to verify. We did not notice until they left that they indicated leaving your place at 12:15. We need a refund of one hour.

Sorry for the delayed response to the survey. Kevin and Holten were great and worked very efficiently. They managed to move a very large, difficult couch through a couple small doorways. The only negative I have from the whole experience was after further inspection of furniture, there were some new small scratches on a few pieces. Considering our move was only half a mile down the street, maybe things weren't packed as tight as they would have been for a longer move. I do feel they took great care in wrapping all the furniture though! Overall I loved these guys and they did an awesome job!! Ryan was extremely professional as well, with a follow-up call to check everything went well after the move. Thank you 2 Men and a Truck for making Moving Day and enjoyable experience!

I was very impressed with both gentlemen who helped with my move. They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They had great attitudes. They took very good care of my furniture by wrapping everything!

Guys who helped did a good job. Felt they were initially overwhelmed as what they were given was only 31 items to move but they stuck with it and got the job done. However if we hadnt brought several pickup loads and used 2-3 cars would have been much longer. Would be more beneficial if someone came to your house to look and give estimate rather than doing over the phone. We went over the top estimate, luckily not by much or would have been more unhappy.
