I am concerned about the condition of our belongings as a result of the move. The two persons who did our packing and moving to storage were very hard working and courteous, but I feel the move was attempted without adequate resources. Consequently, things were done too hurriedly and without sufficient resources. The team worked until 7:30 pm on moving day, and the last of the move into storage was very hectic and disorganized. I will take photos of our belongings in the storage room to show you. I am quite concerned there will be some damage, but as a result of the crowding of the storage room, it will be impossible to assess that accurately until we find another place to live and begin taking things out of storage. I expect we will have claims at that time.

The move was fast and effortless...and cost less then was quoted. The movers we're friendly and hard working.

I would have given you excellent except the carpet in the basement has been marked and buth the washer and dryer have been scratched.

Able to schedule our move on short notice. Moving team was exceptional. Wrapped and protected items. Moved items carefully. Very friendly and helpful and gave us absolutely GREAT service. We will use this organization again when the need arises. Very impressed with the level of service.

Broke a chair and didn’t say anything. It cost me 196.00 to replace it

Moving can be a stressful time but Manny and Todd Took very good care of my stuff while moving and they we're nice guy's to talk to during the move as we'll. I highly recommend them and the company to help you move. They made the moving experience as a whole a lot less stressful and I was relieved and put as ease that my belongings would be safe.

Robert and Frankie were excellent workers. Robert was a take-charge man who knew what he was doing and what needed to be done. He and Frankie operated like a well oiled machine. They had no disagreements and were quite friendly and professional at the same time. I am concerned that the bulk of the $124/hour does not go to its workers. It is because of these two gentlemen that I would return though I would be a bit hesitant because of the high rates. The estimate I was given originally was not adhered to which bothered me but the two gentlemen over rode some of that.

Collin and Ryan were the amazing team that treated my house and belongings like their own. Which was even more impressive because it was snowing and they still showed up on time and with smiles on their faces. I will definitely call you back the next time I move!

Chase, Gavin and Aaron were very efficient in getting us moved into our new house. They worked quickly and seemed to be a good team. It was nice to feel like they cared about our furniture and were concerned with getting the job done right. There was no feeling that they were in a hurry or that the day was becoming too long. Overall it made the experience of moving, which we were dreading, much more tolerable and lower stress!
