Nate, John and Daniel worked extremely hard in horrible weather. They were professional, courteous and friendly. It was a disappointment to have to make two trips, especially with the snow storm and single degree temps. The guys were troopers. It would have been helpful to have been able to bring everything over on the truck; as it was it took over 12 hours. They gave their best and it was much appreciated. Moving is never fun, but they helped to make the situation more comfortable.

Office staff quoted me 2.5 hours (which was about the amount of time it took), but they did not mention that time started when the truck left the site and ended when the truck returned. It only took 2.5 hours for the truck to be packed and transported and unpacked, but the charge was for the complete 4 hours. I do not mind paying and tipping for the work that was done, but please inform the office staff to add this time into their quoting process to avoid confusion. Thank you!

One end table was scratched badly on the move—in claim process now. Except for that everything else was perfect!

The movers did amazing. The packers were awful and not very efficient. They worked very slow and I could have packed the same amount on half the time...

Pick up of the furniture we were giving away was easily arranged. The actual pick up was on time, fast and went very smooth.

Two men and a truck was recommended to me by a friend and I requested the movers she had but did not get them. One of the men on the team was very courteous and the other complained the entire time stating he was only doing this job one more day, suggesting we risk damage to the new concrete on driveway and just let two men and truck pay if it cracks. My elliptical was broken and although it was suggested it was only cosmetic I had them take it away in fear of having a one tone non working machine in my basement for the rest of time. They scratched up my leather couch putting a huge dent in the wall and so that went to donation and am going to have to have a few dings in the walls repaired the dent needs the metal straightened or replaced and redrywalled.
