Movers were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and made sure all of my stuff was cared for during the move. Highly recommend as always (third time using Two Men and a Truck).

It was a really easy experience. The estimate, pricing and then overall move were great. My movers completed my one bedroom move in four hours, and that was including having to pack up my kitchen (I did everything else). So it was efficient and really easy. I really appreciated not having to do anything with the move.

I thought the three men that were sent to load up the truck were totally excellent and for the unloading was very good

Contracting this service was the worse. They charged by the hour and the two men stayed outside for 20 minutes. They took their time and messed with a table for like another 20. I had very few items that could have been moved in 20 minutes, because my husband had already taken them apart and was charged for 2 hours! They broke a mirror I had imported and left the glass on the carpet where my two young toddlers were running around, they literally pulled out the plug in and did not even let me know. They did not wrap or protect my furniture like it was promised. I also saw them drag my wood table across the concrete floor (faced down) inside my storage. I saw them throw my kids bunk bed around and they got mad when I asked them not to do that. I called an complained and never received a call

My team was great as was the office staff I spoke to. My only problem, and it did cause me some extra time, was that my movers underestimated what could fit into my storage unit, and suggested I not take everything I planned to move. It turned out that I had plenty of room - room to spare - so I ended up taking several extra trips to the unit myself in my car in order to fill it. That added almost a day to my moving plans. It was probably better than over estimated what could fit into my unit, but it really did cost me some time.
